how do indian pay to YSM & Microsoft Adcenter?

Hello,
I am new, looking to give a hand to microsoft adcenter & yahoo search marketing. But, they only support paying by by credit card. I tried with my debit card which doesnt work.
I dont know what to do now. As, I tried with Vcc but not succeeded.
Please help me. please Let me know your process of paying in ppc advertiser. I am from india. Which bank i should go for?
