Investing in CPA Network. Like an idea how many affiliates i can recruit.

Hey guys,
This took alot of work and i just wanted an idea how many affiliates i can recruit? Any advice would be great as well.
I’m focused on Net 30 payments however trying to work with advertisers to get it to a Net 15, (bi weekly payments)
I would like to give affiliates an incentive to join, lets say i would give them $10.00 upon joining my network, upon approval of course. Is this a good idea? As for the support, I’m thinking monday through friday 9-5 I would like to go 24 hours on my support however that would require hiring more staff. Anyways if you would like to join just lwt me know, should be up in running (hopefully by the end of the week).
