valueclickmedia.com never paid me!

hello guys , https://www.valueclickmedia.com/ has never paid me i made over 150 there and contacted them and they said they have sent a check on my address where as i had give them my bank details for EFT. and when i emailed them that i want that check to cancel and send me money on my paypal .they never emailed me back.:confused:
