A question about adsdaq

Hey i Just joined ads daq and in payment page i choose paypal as payment method. Then it needs me to neter tax information. what i should fill in EIN or SSN??? where i can get foreign tax id because i haven’t working in my country. I am not resident of US. If somebody could help me i really appreciate. (I am from indonesia). Could someone form outside US told me how to do it.
