Phone Unlock Code / Sim Providers – Any good affiliate programs?

I own a few phone sites, but never thought about promoting unlock codes or buying sim cards.
Can anyone suggest a good affiliate program to use?
It seems that people in this business:
– Use an automated system
– After clearing get a lower % of the sale
Or they either:
– Except Paypal payment first
– Purchase the codes
– Email the code to the buyer
– Make a % of the revenue
I think the last system is more dangerous due to chargebacks which can block your paypal accounts?
