income-web.com or web income scam

I think income-web is a scam site.They did not pay my $152.15 .They have written that they always pay on 15th of every month but they did not do so. My account balance was $137 on 30 april and $152.15 on 15 may2010 but they did not pay me. If someone gets payments from them please share.I think it is a pure scam site.
