Entertainment blog gets 100,000 pageviews in its first month. What do I do next?

My entertainment blog is a little over a month old and it has already passed the 100,000 pageviews mark. Right now I’m averaging between 1,500 and 1,800 unique visitors a day and about 8,000 pageviews a day. My success is owed to sites linking back to mine and Google’s search engine.
So what do I do next? How can I take advantage of the rapid growth? Where do I go? I’m more interested in CPM though. How much do you think I can make a day or month with the numbers I’m getting now?
