Tabnapping / Tabjacking Warning for Tabbed Browsing.

I guess most eWealth users have good security precautions but this Tabnapping could affect any tabbed browser.
Tabnapping Summary:
Basically how it happens is the opened webpage in a tab could be changed. This would ordinarily be noticed if it happened while you were watching but if you were working in another tab (for example), then the webpage could change without you noticing.
Hence the tab could be changed to a malicious page (eg: Phishing page).
The problem is it would be hard to defend against such a vulnerability without constant attention. It is also thought that most tabbed browsers would be affected.
