Adscendmedia Down?

I’ve decided to give adscendmedia’s content gateway a test run. It actually converted pretty good…. then I noticed the gateway wasn’t loading. Checked their site, and that was also down. The site and gateway has been going up and down like every 10 minutes.
Is this a common problem with adscendmedia?
