Need help/partnership with affiliate marketing. Email/Zip submits or others.

I have been working with a affiliate network for about 5 months now as a hobby. I am currently advertising a few email and zip submits with little success. I have been using mainly PPC advertising some banner ads and some CPM. I am looking for someone who would be willing help or teach me how to be more successful with these or other offers. The network I work with has about 600 offer’s with all different kinds.
I am hoping someone will want some kind of a partnership because I don’t really want to buy a e book or anything like that just someone who can give me some good tip’s and advice and chat on a daily basis.
