Flash Files and URLs

My old agency created a site with flash files fed through XML. They say that the search engines can read the flash files as they go through XML.
For eg : if Url is fitnessssolutions.co.uk/#/intro
Can the spider really read the text on this page?
I thought the spiders won?t read URLs with /#/ parameters?
Can we now create fully indexable flash sites?
