CPMForest is 100 % Scam CPM Site

Hi,
I own 3 blogs and I ran CPMForest on my 3 blogs and reached the payout in around 2month (very quick) . Now when I request Payout with another payout nearby and after much emailing to the Owner Christian Owens replies
we’ve found your account to have attempted click and impression fraud on multiple occasions.
I know I haven’t used any softwares or methods to get Traffic except White Hat SEO.
I say that publishers shouldn’t encourage such scam CPM Sites and further reports about How I got Scam are on my blog : CPM Forest a SCAM CPM Site.
Also this CPM Site is run by Branchr.com which is also a Scam PPC site. So beware of Branchr Scam site too.
Friends I need your suggestion in reporting this scam site to department who takes of scam? How can I ?
