Looking for best list of affiliate directories

As I am very new to this affiliate industry & i belong to Health care industry. I feel you guys will help me to get a list of best affiliate directories for submitting my affiliate program.
Also i would be more happy is you could let me know few tips while submitting affiliate program in directories and other good way to promote my affiliate program.
