BigFishGames affiliate program

Hi!
Anybody knows it? Does it work at all?
I’ve sent MANY emails to ther support, they are not answering at all!
I’m running a website with exclusively BigFish downloadable games for over a month, i’ve sent approx. 15.000 unique game targeted users to that page, but not a single sell?!? WTF!!!
Their affiliate admin area is showing 0 sales, and downloads they are not even counting. In Google Analytics it’s visible, that DOWNLOAD and BUY buttons were clicked quite often.
If anybody has some experiences with them, please share…
