Which is best?

Hi everyone,
I have an educational blog www.microbeauty.blogspot.com. I am in India and I want to advertise in my blog but I cannot use ad sense since they provide check only after a long time. Is there any good alternative? I receive 2000 impressions a month. Thank you!
