Looking for programs that pay for quality of traffic & per visitor sent.

Hey guys.
I’m looking for affiliate programs that pay based on quality of the traffic you send them and per visitor you send them.
Examples are of course ebay’s affiliate program and also adult friend finder has a payment scheme like this.
These two aren’t suitable for me so I’m trying to find some more. preferably that pay more like ebay with more cents per visitor (AFF only has .5 cents minumum).
