Ad Network Expectations

Hey,
just wondering what are you expectations when you are with a cpm company? How much do you expect to earn and what do you epect your cpm price to be?
2.) what are you expectations on cpc and popunder?
3.) what % share do you think is good ex. you get 50% and the ad network gets 50% etc…
