What’s the site that you purchase their licence and they create a site for you?

Sort of new to the affiliate marketing group (As are most of the posters here )
I’ve been modestly reading into affiliate marketing over a year and have now decided to take the first step. But can’t for the life of me remember the name of the site where you pay them a licencing fee (I think it’s around $180) and you completely customize some of their templates and they give it to you to post.
Anybody know what I’m talkinga bout?
