Amember for affiliate platform

Has anyone used amember for affiliate platform?
I have setup couple of websites, however I am still testing it.
What I dont understand is how it works with clickbank in terms of commissions as they have their own affiliate program.
I really hope its more then just statistics on how much you need to pay your affilaites at the end of the month.
