PPC Ad Network for Forum Sig links

Hi,
Does anyone know a good ppc ad network or program that could be used for sig links.
In other words, a program that could be used so that you have one ad link in a members signature of his/her post and then the other signature links are his own 2 links of his own website/choice?
Anyway know a program that does this, needs to pay at least 2 cents a click and has to be rather popular and reputable.
