Domain redirected to an Australian CPA offer

Hello everyone!
I already have a domain pointing to an Australian CPA offer (which only Australians can view this site) as others say "This offer is not available in your area". I’m now trying post in an Australian forum and Yahoo Answers, and also creating a simple landing page here:

I’m also trying to attempt using Squidoo and HubPages for this Australian CPA offer, but totally useless to other countries. I don’t know what would be the best strategy out here. I know SEO and PPC, but totally no budget for campaigning. I never made a single penny on Clickbank, CPALead and other affiliate and other CPA programs. I am stuck with $30 on my Adbrite for just renting a banner space to a high traffic website, which I don’t have ROI on that attempt.
