Seeking account manager with experience on Clickbank – recommendations?

A friend of mine has an ebook on blogging she would like to consider selling on Clickbank.
I want to be able to recommend them to an Affiliate Manager or agency who considerable experience in digital products, particularly ebooks.
Who would you recommend and who would you rate? I want to be able to introduce them to the right person.
