Need Your Advice – Affiliate Marketing in Latin America & US Spanish Markets

I am doing research for a client that has Spanish products and is looking for a very experienced and talented affiliate marketer with experience to bring these product to the US Spanish speaking, and Latin American markets.
IÂ’m looking for resources on the following:
– Where to find affiliate marketers that have experience marketing to US Spanish speaking and Latin markets
– Resources for tapping into the Spanish/Latin market
– Experienced affiliates who would be interested in taking these Spanish products to these markets
– Any general advice, suggestions or ideas relating to Latin/Spanish affiliate marketing
