Looking for Experienced Affiliate Marketers to take product to Latin American and US Spanish Speaking Markets

I am doing research for a client that has Spanish products and is looking for a very experienced and talented affiliate marketer with experience to bring these product to the US Spanish speaking, and Latin American markets.
