Will excessive nofollow links do harm?

When I checked with backlinkwatch.com, I have found 70% of my backlinks are with NOFOLLOW tag. But, I don’t see any changes in my SERP in Google. However, I am afraid whether these will do harm to my SERP in future? What do you guys think?
