wht is the best cpc and cpm network u think

This might be the question asked many times .. i just checked previous posts ..but all where pretty old , so i have started a new thread
So , wht u think is the best cpc network which can pay much and pls mention how much u earn if possible .
And at the same time cpm pls …
i have much impressions than clicks ..i think i can better with cpm’s
