Am I getting a Good Payout with my Ads ? ?

Hello there !
I have an anime website, and I use "advertiseyourgame.com" to run ads on my website. I believe, since my website is about anime, it would be best to show Game advertisements (something my audience will like).
Currently, I only have one vertical skyscraper ad that is located on the left side of the page.
I don’t really understand this "cpc" "cpm" stuff.
All I want to know is…am I getting good payout ? Looking at all the impressions and clicks I get….can someone tel me ?
If I am not, can someone recommend a better advertiser ?
