Which is the best CPM network today??

I was using clicksor which was giving me around $1/day for 1000 impressions for the last month now after say 3 months of using it…
I contact support 2 days back and now i get 10 cents a day from a site that has 30,000+ impressions for the last 2 months..
Now i need to know which other CPM programs are good to work with preferably paying via paypal
