Suggest a CPM network other than valueclick, tribal, casale, cpx

My site has 7,000 to 12,000 unique visitors/day with around 25,000 to 45,000 pageviews/day.
I was with ValueClickMedia until a year ago when they chose not to continue with me as my site was having bad days (very low traffic, and pageviews).
Is it possible to continue with them after they discontinued you?
Other than Valueclick, what other CPM network is good? I tried Tribalfusion, they denied me with suggestion to better my site’s design. I also tried Casale, but I never heard from them after applying.
Please suggest me a cpm network that is good for Asian traffic.
I currently use adsense but the rate is BADDDD (though I dont mind it as it is still earning me money). I get around $1 to $4 a day for around 100 to 200 click each day. Crazy or what….
