Megavideo – Getting a Premium Account (question)

From what I understand, in order to get cash from your reward points you need a premium membership. What if you were to get that membership from points you got as a free member, then could you cash out? …or are you required to make the initial investment no matter what?
Also, if I were to upload a bunch of movies, or tv shows, what’s the chances of them getting removed/me not getting paid?
