Any advice on why I can’t get publisher approval.

Hi,
I just got reading the forum rules and I am new to this forum. I posting out of frustration and was hoping to get some advice. I operate tarneeb.com and I have been trying to get ValueClick approval. However I got denied with no reason. I also recently got banned from AdSense, again with no reason. (I want to make it very clear we dont click our own ads, so please do not jump to the conclusion )
Brief:
We have about 0.3 million page views a month and growing. It is a multiplayer game site. The only reason we have abstained from more growth is that we would like to secure some source of revenue before investing in more traffic. We have never advertised our site and all out traffic is organic, from search engines and word-of-mouth.

Can anyone see something obviously wrong with the site that is […]
