Great Ideas on How to make money w/ online movies?

Hi,
I’ve seen dozen sites the do video linking. Sites that link to Youtube, Megaupload and other video hosting sites that allow to host videos.
Now my question,
1. Does this sites like this earn big? (I think so, since it has alot viewers a day, but will vary on how the site was market and seo)
2. What’s the best way to get revenue from this sites? (Is google adsense a good option?)
3. Any examples site you would like me to see?
