Help me get a better ad network!!

This is the traffic stats for one month of my website

Iam using mediashakers right now for ads in my website, this is october (24 days) stats of mediashakers

My questions are:
1. Is this the best i can get for the traffic shown above??
2. If not, please suggest me some good ad network where i can earn more.
3. Any tips for increasing cpm rates??
