Mediashakers don’t pay to me any money since the time I subscribe with them

Mediashakers don’t pay to me any money since the time I subscribe with them,
Only I receive the mediashakers master card.
I have contact them and was promise to pay me,last contact before 2 months?
Anyone has experience with them?
