I have a website with 4000 uniques per day. Need a good company to make money off ads

I have a website with 4000 uniques per day. Need a good company to make money off ads.
My website is not making any money now. No ads, nothing.
I need a company to work with and make some money every month. No POPUPS…I prefer Banner ads.
I cannot try google adsense because there is some warez/adult material on the site aswell.
I was CPXInteractive before but now they only work with really high traffic websites.
Any suggestions?
