How do you judge an adnetwork quality?
Try to get a Publisher account with a network, if you get the account and if it’s easy to start with, think twice before you get an advertising account with them . I always do this before getting an advertising account with any of the networks.
Once I had the same with 7search.com, applied for a publisher account, got it, and then I realized that they won’t entertain you to do arbitrage at any cost. The sign was a good one, and though it’s speculative, I started an advertise account with them. Result was nothing but an increased ROI. I bet none of them will get disappointed with having an advertisement account with them. Initially I used 7search for my affiliate programs, but later on I tried to use it for my arbitrage stuff.
