VideoEgg.com Publishers Approval

Hello,
I would like to ask if anyone is working with this company and what would be the feedback? How long does it take for them to approve an account/what are the expected rates?
I have sent my publishers application over two weeks ago, but I haven’t heart anything since. Maybe someone has any contacts with this agency and could help me get approved?
