$5 per one clicks.It’s ture

I know many PPC site’s and also working on thier. They are pay me via paypal
They are paying only few payment like $1-$2 max. $5.(Bcoz mim. payment $5)
But today i see one click and get $5.I think it’s not true.It’s Scam.
If you wanna more info so you can get from my signature.
Anyone know it’s true so suggest me.
