Technorati Media and Google Adsense

I tried to find the answer here but didn’t manage to so I decided it was better to ask. Are Technorati Media Ads compatible with Google AdSense? I didn’t find anything related to that on the Technorati website and I think there should be no problem of running the directly sold ads alongside Google Adsense, but since Technorati fills the unsold space with "targeted ads" (as they say), this might interfere with Google’s terms and conditions.
So what do you say? Can we run Technorati Media ads alongside Google Adsense?
