is Infolinks banned by adsense for their (custom search results)

i noticed that infolinks have no advertisers anymore, and all of their ads are (the freedictionary ads) or the new (search google custom).
and we all know that Adsense For Search pages is against the TOS, what infolinks doing is showing ads with linking to Adsense for search pages. They don’t even have advertisers. They just send users to their google custom search.
my questions is Infolinks banned by adsense ?? because of you click on their infolinks ads to get google search page you get this :
