SpeedPPC vs EfficientPPC (09)

I was just wondering if anyone has actually tried either one out and if so which would you prefer.
SpeedPPC: (http://www.speedppc.com) Seems like it has more advanced features and caters to the "Big 3" PPC networks as well as secondary networks. However, the cost ranges from $397-$497 respectively.
EfficientPPC: (http://www.efficientppc.com) Only available for Google AdWords. However, it has just about all the same features as SpeedPPC for about half the price! Only issue I don’t like about EfficientPPC is it seems to have not been updated lately (especially seeing how they’re testimonials are dated from 2007-2008.)
So what is your take and which one would you choose.
