Adbrite Payment – Less Than Revenue

The issued payment is less than the revenue shown on the stats page.
When I looked at the support help pages, I found this

Quote:

There are several reasons why there could be a difference in amount between your payment and reported revenue; however, a majority of the time, it is due to uncollected payments from advertisers. We cannot pay out earnings that we have not yet received. Once we collect payment from the advertisers, the earnings will be added to the next monthly payment. Please note that until payment is received, neither you nor AdBrite will get paid.

Does anyone know how long can it take them to pay those funds(it says above that it will be added to the next payment, but it never was) and anyone else having the same problem who is using Adbrite?
