[LOOKING] PPC program that will not let advertisers to target my website to advertise

Hello! I just got banned from Adsense.
But there are some features of Adsense that I really miss.
I am looking for a PPC program that has the feature with this.
In Bidvertiser and Adbrite, advertisers can target my site to make their ads appear in my site. Something like giving this feature: Advertise on this Site, Your Ad here.
I do not like these. There are some very abusive advertisers that will target my site, and their Ads are very competitive to mine.
What I want is that, a PPC program that will only put the Ads in my site if they are only related to my site (something like, Ad rotator, where advertisers just pay in the PPC company and just let the PPC company publish it to their publisher’s sites), and will not let advertisers to target my site.
