Need PPC webmaster traffic

Hi,
I have wrote php script and I want to promote this using PPC network, because in my opinion PPC is the best way to promote this. I use adwords, but they want over $1 per click (quality 8/10) Bidvertiser too Does exist any cheaper PPC?
