Any ad network like this?

Hello,
is there any ad network (CPM) that pays per impression (pageview) not unique user?
One of my websites is currently having 1,500 UV/day and 4,400 PV/day and I’m running the following CPM networks: XtendMedia, GlobalInteractive, Smowtion, WidgetBucks, Underdog Media, Mediashakers, AdBrite and Axill.
All of them count and pay only for unique users.
