Someone wants to advertise on my site – I need advice.

To start off, I am still not confident in my website. It’s about 3 to 4 months old and I sometimes struggle to get visitors in the triple digit range. Yet, I have received a few requests to advertise on my site. What do these people see? I think my website has potential, but as it is now, it’s nowhere close to being moderate in size, let alone big.
Check out this email I got a few days ago:
