Are there any companies that PPC?

I am just wondering, are there any companies that simple PPC? Like im not talking about publisher/advertising companies. I mean regularly companies who have PPC programs for users to display their banner. In a way, affiliate but instead of sales & refers its PPC. I just need a good PPC banner rather then random ones.
