Adsense + Bidvertiser

Question 1: How long does it take for adsense to approve?
Question 2: Well I’ve approved every ad, and set "Auto approval" for Bidvertiser, yet it still shows only one ad, the rest are "YOUR AD HERE" which is hell of annoying.
Any help is appreciated!
