MediaTraffic Support Sucking

Hello Dear DP Fellows
Does anyone of you know any MediaTraffic Representative. I have been trying to call them for the whole past week during their stated work hours, all i hear is a voice mail form them.
If you have any personal contact or know any of their AM, please provide me this information I have an issue to settle with them and they are not responding at all.
Any AIM,YIM.MSN,Cell # of any of their representative would be great.
