Which do you prefer, Yahoo Search Marketing, Google Adwords or MSN AdCenter?

have tried the three but only seeing slight differences for yahoo and google and really find adcenter less effective…
google have just changed their theme, saw it’s kinda’ like yahoo now? don’t you think?
would love to get your opinions guys esp on Yahoo & Google.
